How the Antibacterial and Deodorizing Effect works

Mana-Tura makes both Silver Ions (Ag+) and OH radicals (OH). Both of these have an antibacterial and deodorizing effect by acting directly on bacteria and viruses.

Deodorizing Effect

Bacteria is the cause of bad smells of sweat, socks, pillow covers and such. Silver ions work directly on bacteria that are the root of smells, preventing their activity (inactivated). The figure on the right show results when measuring the deodorizing rate after 30 minutes of putting silver ion water on bad smells. A deodorizing effect of over 90% was seen with acetic acid, isovaleric acid and formaldehyde.
